FALLING FASHIONABLY

Base Jumping is cool enough, but why not step it up a notch and make it really triply. GET FASHIONABLE! Ha ha. How funny they pull this off with typical aloof model poses even. This is great and well edited too!

FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH

Wow just go to 2:11 to see what this amazing Russian trio can pull off for strength and flexibility. What they do at 1:07 is interesting too… The rest of the running about dancy moves are filler it seems, but I guess Cirque de Soliel does that too 😉

FALSE ADVERTISING PERHAPS…

Credibility = zero! I think Social Shopper, Groupon, etc are often pushing companies that are over inflating prices to then over discount them to seem like a deal… I coined the phrase “over-deal” Either this place offering laser work is totally desperate and may not be around much longer OR they are overstating the value of the service and no one holds them accountable to justify...

BUILT A STEADY CAM RIG FOR VIDEO CAMCORDER. EASY PEASY.

Hey, so this is not going to replace a super fancy steady cam rig of any sort, but this works well to minimize some jarring movements. I found the how to on the web and it was easy and cheap to build $10 max I bet plus hockey tape cost. Anyway the three grip points allow you to spread out how the camera is held and it can be moved more gently. I think it works just fine. A steady cam rig that is...

RUNNING THE GRAND CANYON. A GRAND ADVENTURE.

What a grand adventure indeed! Last week I had the exhausting pleasure of running most of the Canyon and back. 28 miles from Phantom Ranch to North rim and back. I did that in 6:30 and am pleased with that. The real full deal is doing Rim to Rim to Rim, but with the North rim being closed, and with that being 70 plus km (44 miles) if I did Rim to rim to rim, I would not been able to do much else...
